Willis Cleaning Solutions, LLC – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Willis Cleaning Solutions, LLC. By booking a service, you agree to the following terms:
1. Walk-Throughs
Pre-service walk-throughs are complimentary for a limited time. During the walk-through, we review your space, discuss your cleaning needs, and create a customized cleaning plan. Final pricing will be emailed within a few hours of the walk-through, and your cleaning can be scheduled once it is confirmed.
2. Payment & Processing Fees
Payment for scheduled services is due on the day of the cleaning. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards (processing fee applies), CashApp, Zelle, or Venmo. If you prefer not to pay the credit card processing fee, our CashApp information will be listed on the invoice, and Zelle or Venmo is available upon request. Any deposit, when applicable, is applied toward the final invoice.
3. Late Payment
Payment for scheduled services is due on the day of the cleaning. A $25 late fee will be applied for each day the payment remains unpaid.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Scheduled cleanings must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any deposit or full payment at our discretion. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
5. Scope of Services
Our standard services cover general residential cleaning tasks. Optional add-ons may include, but are not limited to:
Cleaning the inside of ovens and refrigerators
Interior windows
Laundry and dishes
Cabinet interiors and organizational tasks
Baseboards
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding property size, condition, and requested services. If a service is quoted as a basic clean but the property requires a deeper level of cleaning, we will perform only the basic clean as quoted unless the client agrees to upgrade to a deep clean, with pricing adjusted accordingly.
First-time cleans or properties requiring extensive attention are generally considered deep cleans, and pricing will reflect this. Quotes provided prior to a walk-through may not reflect the final scope of work or the standard pricing range; in such cases, we may provide quotes for both basic and deep cleaning options for client review.
6. Access & Safety
Clients must ensure safe access via key, lockbox, or in-person presence. Pets should be secured or supervised. Any hazardous conditions or fragile items must be disclosed prior to the service.
7. Liability
Willis Cleaning Solutions, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage. Clients should secure valuables and fragile items. Any damage caused by staff will be addressed promptly, with liability limited to repair or replacement cost.
8. Client Satisfaction
Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Willis Cleaning Solutions will address issues promptly, either by correcting the service or providing a credit toward future cleaning.
9. Privacy
Client information is kept confidential and used only for scheduling, billing, and communication regarding services. Personal information is not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide requested services.
10. Agreement
By booking a service, clients confirm they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, agree to the payment, late fee, cancellation, and refund policies, and accept the scope of service and liability terms.
